Visitor Parking (Non-Student & Non-Employee) 

All parking permit sales are final. No refunds.

Parking regulations are enforced 24/7. Any person parking on campus must abide to parking regulations and it is your responsibility to be aware of them. For all parking regulations or to contest to a parking citation, CLICK HERE to be redirected to District Police.

General Visitors

General visitors, and anyone who needs to park immediately on any campus, can use the Permit Machines to purchase a $4 daily permit. These are limited to student parking only and are non-refundable. Some locations do have short-term metered parking.

Some departments may have 30 minute visitor parking specific to their department. Please verify with that department.

There is no online purchase option.

Guest/Courtesy (volunteer) Permits

Guest Permit

Special guests of a department who are here for the day, for an event, or need a specialized permit must have the department request one from District Police. The department staff can request one by CLICKING HERE. 

If you are the guest, please contact the person/department you are coordinating with to request a parking permit.

At anytime you do not have a parking permit, use the daily Permit Machines to avoid a citation.

Volunteer Permit

Only a department can request a volunteer permit for a volunteer. Department staff can request one by submitting a Volunteer Parking Permit Request Form. Authorized signature from Dean/Chair is required. CLICK HERE to access the online form.

Volunteers who are enrolled in classes are not eligible for a volunteer permit and must purchase their own student parking permit. No exceptions.

Contractor/Construction/Consultant Parking

Parking permits are offered at $10 per month, per permit. We can sell almost any quantity of permits that last no more than one year at a time.

Example: You need 2 permits from January - May, or 5 months. That's 2 qty x $50 = $100

Until further notice, parking is limited to the top floor of Zumwalt Parking Garage. This includes those who are working under Capital Projects and/or specific work sites. 

It is recommend to call ahead for parking permits, especially for a large quantity. Please call 707-527-4534 to place an order. Payment can be made by over the phone with a credit card (no American Express) or in person when picked up. No online options.

To visit in person, please go to Accounting Department in Bailey Hall of the Santa Rosa Campus. Be mindful of our hours of operation.

Neptunes Swimming

Those attending/working in the Neptunes Swimming can purchase a parking permit at the Accounting Department in Bailey Hall.

SRT (Summer Rep Theatre)

For those in SRT that are NOT a current student

  • $30 for Summer
  • Your name will be verified per SRT Department
  • Limited to student parking lots
  • Must pay in person, no online option
