STNC/PROFESSIONAL EXPERT EMPLOYEES

Parking regulations are enforced 24/7. Any person parking on campus must abide to parking regulations and it is your responsibility to be aware of them. Visit the District Police website to review parking regulations or to contest a parking citation. 

STNC (Short-Term-Non-Continuing) and Professional Experts is your employment classification. This means you are not a Classified Staff or Faculty Employee.

• All STNC/Professional Expert Employees must purchase a permit at $10 per month
  • Eligible for student parking only (white lines)
  • All sales are final
• Visit the Accounting Department in Bailey Hall (Santa Rosa Campus) to purchase a permit
  • Or visit the Welcome & Connect Center in Mike Smith Hall (Petaluma Campus)
  • To have one mailed and to pay over the phone, call 707-527-4973 with credit card ready
• STNC/Professional Expert Employees are not eligible for payroll deduction
  • Payment must be made with cash, check or card only
