There are several ways to pay your fees at Santa Rosa Junior College depending on your personal convenience and physical access to the college. The methods are as follows:
INTERNET: Pay online with a credit card when you register for classes or through your cubby ($2 fee applies).
BY PHONE: Pay with a credit card by calling the Accounting Office at (707) 527-4973.
U.S. MAIL: Please mail your check to: Accounting Office, Santa Rosa Junior College, 1501 Mendocino Ave., Santa Rosa, CA 95401. Notate your student ID number on your check.
PAY IN PERSON: Visit us at the Santa Rosa Campus in Bailey Hall for payments in person. For Petaluma Campus, visit the Welcome & Connect Center in Mike Smith's Hall.
Acceptable Forms of Payment
PERSONAL CHECK: Make your check payable to Santa Rosa Junior College. Deliver in person or mail to: Accounting Office, Santa Rosa Junior College, 1501 Mendocino Ave., Santa Rosa, CA 95401. Please make sure that your full name, current address and phone number are on the face of the check. To help us process your payment and ensure that you receive proper credit, please include your student ID number on the check. See returned check policy.
CERTIFIED FUNDS: Make cashier's check, money order, or other certified funds payable to Santa Rosa Junior College. Please include your full name, student ID number, current address, and phone number.
CREDIT CARD: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER to pay your fees and/or any previous balance. You can either pay online, over the phone, or in person at the Accounting window.
CASH: Do not mail cash. Cash is only accepted in person.
