Permits will be available beginning July 15, 2024. Fee will be paid by payroll deduction. By submitting this form, you are agreeing to a payroll deduction for the cost of your annual permit. You must display the new staff reserved parking permit by the first day of the Fall 2024 semester. If you do not receive your permit 2 weeks after submitting your request (exception of request submitted before July 15), notify Natalia Slasten in the Accounting Office. You may be required to file a police report for stolen permits before being issued a replacement. Lost permits may require additional payment.
