Welcome to the the Employee Online Portal

We are pleased to introduce the Employee Online Portal (EOP) for all employees. Every District employee should register for and get familiar with the EOP. To support our sustainability efforts, we will begin implementing electronic timesheets in the near future that will be completed, submitted, and approved in the EOP.

Currently, you can –

View and print current and up to one year of past pay stubs, W-2’s and 1095C Affordable Care Act forms
View up to one year of leave transactions and balances
View your health insurance information and dependents
Test how changes to your tax withholdings or pay would affect your net pay
View your assignment information back to 2009
Access your demographic information

Coming soon –

Timesheet submission and approval
Electronic W4 changes
Document approvals
PAF Approvals
Finance (payment, budget transfer, journal, and requisition) approvals
